COACH EDUCATION PROGRAM 2025

FuteBALLER will run its 2025 Coach Education program in Lisbon from 9 to 15 December. The week focuses on practical learning inside real Portuguese academy environments. The schedule places coaches inside Sporting CP and SL Benfica to watch training, observe methodology and understand how top clubs build player pathways.

Participants go through daily on-field observations, classroom sessions with academy staff and match analysis.

The program presents the full development cycle. How training sessions are planned. How age groups progress. How clubs manage the jump from youth to first team. Coaches see it directly at the source.

Lisbon is the right setting. The city concentrates elite facilities and constant access to professional football. Coaches move between academies, stadiums and match environments with no wasted time. Every session is designed to deliver clear, applicable concepts that fit any modern coaching context.

The structure also removes friction. Accommodation, meals and transport are arranged in advance so the focus stays on learning. The group setting creates strong professional exchange and exposes each coach to different coaching styles and ideas.

By the end of the week, each participant leaves with a clearer view of effective youth development, stronger analytical habits and practical tools that can be implemented immediately in their own environment.
