FuteBALLER will run its 2025 Coach Education program in Lisbon from 9 to 15 December . The week focuses on practical learning inside real Portuguese academy environments. The schedule places coaches inside Sporting CP and SL Benfica to watch training, observe methodology and understand how top clubs build player pathways. Participants go through daily on-field observations, classroom sessions with academy staff and match analysis. The program presents the full development
